We have received a report from the company that there was unauthorized access by a third party to "TEMAIRAZU," the reservation management system for accommodation facilities that our hotel uses.
We have received reports from customers who have made reservations that they have received suspicious messages using our hotel's name.
The messages arrive via messaging apps like WhatsApp, email, SMS, etc. They request things like "Reservation Confirmation," "Re-entering Card Information," and "Urgent Payment," and attempt to lure you to a fake website.
If you receive a suspicious message, please note the following:
Please do not open any links or URLs.
Please do not enter your card information or personal information.
Please do not reply to the message.
Do not make payments or transfers according to the instructions in the message.
・To confirm your reservation details, please contact our hotel or the official customer service of the booking website you used.
If you accidentally enter your card information on a suspicious website or make a payment or transfer using your card, please contact your card company or financial institution immediately.
We have received reports that the system that was compromised does not handle credit card information.

We have been informed by Temairazu, the reservation management system used by our property, that unauthorized access to its system by a third party has been confirmed.
Some of our guests have told us they received suspicious messages using our name. These messages arrive via WhatsApp, other messaging apps, email, or SMS. They ask you to “confirm your reservation,” “re-enter your card details,” or “make an urgent payment,” and direct you to a fake website.
We do not use WhatsApp or other messaging apps to confirm reservations or request payment.
If you receive such a message, please:
– Do not open any links or URLs
– Do not enter card details or personal information
– Do not reply to the message
– Do not make any payment or transfer as instructed in the message
– To check your reservation, contact us or your booking site through its official support channel
If you have entered your card details on a suspicious website, or have made a payment or transfer, please contact your card issuer or bank immediately.
We have been informed that the affected system does not handle credit card information.
