Cancellation Policy

For cancellations of hotel reservations due to customer reasons, please contact us at least 8 days in advance.
Please note that cancellation fees will apply from that point onward, as detailed below.

From the scheduled date of stay
●7 days to 4 days ago Accommodation fee 30%
● 3 days to 2 days before Accommodation fee 50%
● The day before Accommodation fee 80%
●On the day of arrival and in case of no-show Accommodation fee 100%
