What is Löyly...?
Löyly is the practice of pouring water onto heated sauna stones to generate steam. This increases the perceived temperature and promotes sweating. This steam bath using löyly is a characteristic feature of Finnish saunas. Please enjoy it while adjusting the heat to your liking. You can also enjoy löyly with medicinal water.

Hyperbaric oxygen capsule room
It can accommodate up to two people. Entering it before the sauna increases sweating and enhances the sauna's effects. Entering it after the sauna also has a fatigue-recovering effect, allowing you to achieve the ultimate state of "sauna bliss."
