We have decided to hold an in-house training session.
MG (Management Game)
This training program allows you to learn about business management while having fun.
At our company, starting with this training,
What is management? What is profit? These are questions that we will address, including for our new employees.
We all learn together, and we aim to be a lodging facility where everyone is involved in sales and management.
During the social gathering, you can enjoy the head chef's special kaiseki cuisine.

2. Date and Time: Scheduled to start at 9:30 AM on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, and end at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
3. Venue: Shunran no Yado Sakaeya
4. Instructor: Toshimitsu Tsuji (Tsuji Main Branch)
5. Participation fee: 60,000 yen (includes 2 lunches, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast / accommodation)
*Experienced players who have a hundred-session log will receive a fee of 50,000 yen.
Overnight stay (1 night with breakfast): 12,000 yen (tax included), 1 night with 2 meals: 18,000 yen (tax included)

7. What to bring
• Mechanical pencil (with a lead darker than HB)
Eraser, highlighter, and a large calculator (cell phones are not allowed).
A ruler about 30 cm long (it's handy to have one)
