I received the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award at the All Japan Cuisine Competition.

On September 29th, our staff member, Runa Tobo, participated in the "42nd All Japan Culinary Competition" held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Industrial Culture Center in Tokyo, and won the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award in the skills competition category.
This competition, organized by the All Japan Professional Chefs Association, featured numerous culinary creations showcasing the best of Japanese cuisine, divided into three categories: free entry, regional cuisine, and skills competition.

In the "Skills Competition Division" in which Touhou submitted entries, numerous works were submitted showcasing the advanced techniques that they had cultivated through daily practice.

We will use this award as motivation to strive to provide our customers with even better cuisine.
