Workplace Vitality Advanced Company Certification!!

Our facility has received certification as a "Workplace Vitality Advance Company" from the prefecture.

In Nagano Prefecture, companies that are proactively working to create a workplace environment where everyone can work with enthusiasm are certified as "Workplace Vitality Advance Companies."

Among these, we received certification for our "Work-Life Balance Course," which allows for work styles tailored to various lifestyles and needs.

Our facility offers childcare and eldercare leave, paid leave in one-hour increments, and a work interval system.

We have been working to encourage not only female employees to take childcare leave, but also male employees to take childcare leave (paternity leave).

We, the entire staff, will continue to strive to make our company a place where everyone can work comfortably.
