Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out are available at ¥3,300 (tax included) per room per hour, up to noon at the latest. We also store luggage free of charge before check-in and after check-out. Please take your time and enjoy your stay.
Q. Can I use a credit card?
We accept JCB, Visa, DC, American Express and other major cards, as well as PayPay. Please note that card payment may not be available with certain plans or in certain circumstances.
Q. What should I do with my valuables?
There is a safe in every guest room, and you are also welcome to leave valuables at the front desk while you are out. Please do use it.
Q. Do you have a non-smoking room?
All rooms are non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area on the 4th floor, so please use that if you wish to smoke.
Q. What channels are available on the TV in the room?
The following television channels are available at the ryokan:

Q. Do you have a kotatsu (heated table)?
Yes, we do. During the winter season only, we can provide a heated table (kotatsu) for an additional charge of 2,200 yen (tax included). If you would like one, please leave a message when making your reservation. *Please note that there is a limited number available, so please apply as soon as possible.
