What is a Löyly sauna...?
This is a sauna bathing method from Finland, the birthplace of saunas, where water or aromatic oils are poured onto sauna stones heated on a stove to generate steam.The humidity and perceived temperature inside the sauna increase, promoting sweating.
As a result,It is expected to promote the body's metabolism and activation.It helps men relieve stress and restore stamina, and women enjoy beauty and relaxation.
