I won the "Grand Prize" at the Rookie of the Year Nagano Prefecture Tournament!

Our staff member, Gurung Suriya, will be competing.

We have won the Grand Prize!

This tournament aims to "highlight the achievements of young employees (under 29 years old) working in the region and create local role models."

The objective is to present the results and social significance of the work.

By shining a spotlight on them, we aim to widely share role models who are making a difference in the community.

Last year, our staff member Masaru Ichinose participated in the competition.

Following Ichinose, he is the second person to win the Nagano Prefecture tournament and qualify for the national tournament!

In Suriya's presentation, she spoke of "the earnest effort to confront language barriers in a foreign land, and the perseverance to face any adversity or failure without running away."

These aspects were highly praised, leading to this award.
