This was conceived and designed by our staff member, Fujisawa.

It was completed in September and went on sale at the Sakaeya store.

Our special feature is "a shichimi spice blend that brings out the deliciousness of the sashimi even more."

After numerous taste tests and design revisions over a six-month period, it was finally completed.

Guests staying at our hotel can also dine in our restaurant.

A limited edition design that can only be purchased at Sakaeya.
