Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out services are available for ¥3,300 (tax included) per room per hour. We also offer free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Please enjoy your stay.
Q. Can I use a credit card?
Our hotel accepts various credit cards including JCB, VISA, DC, and American Express. We also accept cashless payments via PayPay. *Please note that availability may vary depending on the plan or circumstances.
Q. What should I do with my valuables?
We provide a safe in every guest room. You can also leave the key to your valuables at the front desk when you go out, so please feel free to use this service.
Q. Do you have a non-smoking room?
All rooms are non-smoking. There is a designated smoking area on the 4th floor, so please use that if you wish to smoke.
Q. What channels are available on the TV in the room?
The following television channels are available in our museum:

Q. Do you have a kotatsu (heated table)?
Yes, we do. During the winter season only, we can provide a heated table (kotatsu) for an additional charge of 2,200 yen (tax included). If you would like one, please leave a message when making your reservation. *Please note that there is a limited number available, so please apply as soon as possible.
