Our top recommended souvenir is the "soba manju" (buckwheat bun) made by "Matsumoto Confectionery," which is located very close to our hotel.
Our original "Shibuzaru-kun Miso Pudding" is a rich and creamy treat that's sure to become a favorite souvenir.

Yes. Please inquire at the front desk.
Q. Can I play Shogi, Go, or Mahjong?
Yes, you can use them. Shogi and Go are free, and Mahjong is available for 3,000 yen (excluding tax) per set. If you wish to play, please ask at the front desk.
Q. Are there any restaurants that are wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we do. Please let us know if you would like one.
Q. Is there a coin laundry inside the building?
We apologize, but we do not have a coin laundry facility at our hotel. Please use the coin laundry located about a 5-minute drive from our hotel.
Q. Are there any vending machines?
We apologize, but there are no vending machines inside the building. However, there are several in the hot spring town. There is also a liquor store nearby.
Q. Is there a bed?
Yes, we also offer free rental of extra beds. However, the number of beds is limited, so please make a reservation by phone in advance. In addition, we have rooms where you can sleep in a bed, such as "Shinano Modern," "Toki no Kura," "Semi-Suite Yu," and "Yoimachi Suite."
Q. What are the opening hours of the shop?
Yes. We are open from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

We cannot exchange currency inside the building, but we do accept credit cards.

Yes, we do. There are two elevators inside the building.
Q. Do you have children's geta (wooden clogs)?
Yes, we do. You and your family can stroll around the hot spring town wearing geta (wooden clogs).
Q. Is the toilet a bidet toilet?
Yes, the toilets in our rooms are equipped with bidet functions.
