Leadership training and observation sessions (held irregularly)
The leaders from each department will bring their case studies together for learning.
A leader's job involves five types of management. Improving these five management skills is crucial for an organization.

Management Game Training (MG Training)
This board game allows participants to experience what it's like to be a CEO. They become the manager and run the company. This helps not only current and future CEOs, but also new employees, develop a business sense.

Japanese Hospitality Course
This hospitality practice course is offered by Shunran no Yado Sakaeya, which boasts the second-highest ranking nationwide in the "Hospitality of Accommodations" category on a major luxury accommodation booking site. You can learn both theory and practice.

Sakaeya Cleaning Study Group
Starting with cleaning toilets with bare hands, and cleaning various places such as roadside rest areas, hot spring towns, train stations, and elementary schools, you will learn important things about how to do your job properly (currently, for hygiene reasons, we do not always clean with bare hands).
This training is less about learning how to clean and more about learning from cleaning itself.
I am currently participating in the Obuse Cleaning Study Group.
